Design Phase

Site Survey & Project Plan

Our team works closely with our clients to refine the project brief, conducting a thorough assessment that includes site surveys, project feasibility, design vision, planning constraints, budget, and timeline. This comprehensive approach ensures a well-structured and informed foundation for every project.

Preliminary Design & Planning Application

We provide initial design concepts, expert planning advice, and full management of the planning application process. Our expertise covers intricate and complex architectural designs, large-scale basement extensions, home modifications, and projects involving conservation, heritage, and listed buildings.

Structural Engineering & Architectural Design

Architectural concepts and technical design; structural and mechanical engineering; landscape design; sub-consultant and supplier management; party wall surveying; building control; professional indemnity cover.

Interior Design

Interior ideas and technical design; mood boards, finishes and samples of materials; fixtures, fittings and finishes sourcing and selections; bespoke joinery and kitchen design.

Construct Phase

Pre-Construction Phase

Preparing construction drawings and specifications; contract documents: detailed scope of works and project pricing; building contract either JCT or FMB (Federation of Master Builders); creating programme of works. Our Project Management and Design Team work closely together to ensure the project remains within budget before construction begins.

Construction Phase

Our professional construction team oversees every aspect of the building process, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This includes site management and administration, full construction services for Shell & Core or complete fit-out works, health and safety compliance, materials and equipment procurement, and building control. Additionally, our Project Managers handle site design management and conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and precision throughout the project.

Project Management

Our Project Managers provide the planning, control, and execution of the construction phase from start to completion. This includes contract administration, labor and material management, procurement of finishes and fixtures, progress reporting, and bespoke joinery fabrication, ensuring a seamless and high-quality build process. Throughout the process, project costs are carefully monitored, alongside programme and quality control management.

Project Handover & Aftercare

Project handover, including relevant warranties and guarantees; aftercare and defects liability management; Public Liability cover.
